Thank you for visiting Triad Premier Realty. TPR was started in 2000 by Mary Ann Appleton Miller, who was then doing business as M. Appleton Realty. Up to that point, Mary Ann worked as a licensed broker at Cornerstone Properties, which is now Allen Tate, and at Re/Max of Greensboro. Eager to break into onsite sales management, Mary Ann opened her company as a vehicle to list builders' new construction. In 2003, she began working for local builders as Director of Sales and Marketing, a position she still holds. In addition to working as a general broker, Mary Ann has been involved in listing, negotiating and closing nearly 1400 homes over the last 14 years!
In 2005, Mary Ann married Allen Miller, a local Realtor and General Contractor. Allen has been running his own construction company, H. Allen Miller Construction, for more than 25 years, building and remodeling homes throughout the Triad. When the Millers married, the company name changed to Triad Premier Realty. The couple ran the business from their home until late 2006, when it was moved to its current location at 3711 B West Market Street, Greensboro, NC, 27403. The Millers purchased the building and Allen custom remodeled it for their real estate business.
Triad Premier Realty is a full service real estate company, representing buyers, sellers and builders, and Triad Premier Homes works with customers wishing to build or remodel.
